\nSunpiper has been in my possession since February, 23rd 2016. I purchased her from James Hillerby in Squamish BC.
\nThe boat had been used as a family home of 4-5, and had travelled to south east Alaska. To my knowledge, previous owners had gotten
\nher from the east coast to the west coast by means of sail or road. Her last three owners including my self had her in British Columbia. I
\nhave photo evidence that she has been in BC since 1992, and took part of the Juan de Fuca regatta of 1995.
\nWhen I purchased Sunpiper her maintenance schedules had been forgotten, and quick fixes had been applied to all of her systems she
\nhad been turned from a marina live abord to a family live abord.
\nI sailed her in this state for several months, until I had put together the list of system improvements and gathered the funds to undergo a
\nsignificant re-fit. See ship yard list bellow.
\nFrom 2016 to 2018, Sunpiper was in constant renovations, used as a home while working up the coast, and as base on Quadra Island.
\nShe traveled up to Triangle Island BC and the inlets of BC. She was brought up to a working standard to start doing un-registered
\ncharters and sailing course.
\nAugust 2018, Sunpiper sailed from Quadra island to San Fransisco. This was the beginning of her cruising adventures. She was stored
\nashore for the period of 8 months of 2019 in Guaymas Mexico, as I worked in Canada.
\nSince March 2021 Sunpiper has been in French Polynesia. Her Papeetisation Taxes are payed, and she can now stay in French-
\nPolynesia.

\n2017 Ship yard:
\nRemoval all thru hulls, plug un-used and install new ones. Change all hoses to new, instal new gravity black
\nwater tank. Build water tight chain locker and drains and re-build deck under windlass. Bottom paint, keel
\nseem. Drain void in aft keel and seal compartment. Open central keel compartment and create drainable bilge.
\nChange transmission and propeller. New depth sensor DST. New engine mounts new gearbox heat exchanger,
\nnew hydraulic hoses.
\n2017 Boat work:
\nNew B&G navigation equipment. Step down masts and re-wire. Finish Re-wire 12v. Remove water tank from
\nunder settee, paint and create storage. Remove diesel tank from the hold, paint and create storage. Instal two
\nnew stainless steel water tanks under sole. Fresh water plumbing all new Whale systems. New Salt water
\npump, new bilge pumps, new bilge hoses, new engine room wiring, new fuel lines, new cockpit grid, new sol
\nstructure (over water tanks ), new sole. Stripped cabins interior, cleaned and polyurethane painted, all Bilge
\npainted. Took out aft head and made storage and shop. Windlass rebuild and powder coat.
\n2018 Boat work:
\nInstalled all new running rigging, new self tailing winches, and leads to cockpit. New bow roller fabrication and
\nswim ladder.
