For sale by owner.  Leopard catamaran known interchangeably as a Leopard 38 or a Sunsail 384.  Built in South Africa by Builders Robertson &amp; Caine and designed by Gina Morelli.  Builder's plate refers to it as a Leopard 38.  <br>\n<br>\nEach hull has a double berth forward and aft, with the head and shower between.  The bows provide an additional single bed.  In total, the vessel could sleep 10 passengers.  Between the hulls is the main cabin with a U-shaped settee, freshly upholstered in 2023, and table forward, small U-shaped galley to port, and electronics panel/navigation station to starboard.  A sliding door at the rear of the cabin leads to the aft deck, covered with two-tone, grey black, Raptor deck performance grip.  The vessel is equipped with a Wallace 30GB diesel heater providing heat in central cabin and starboard hull while at anchor.
