We have done simple upgrades and cared for her for the 3 years we have had her.  She has a new port-a-potty that has been used once and sanitized.  Working electric anchor wench that we have never used.  We believe the sails are original and they have worked perfectly with no issues.  The interior cushions have covers that are stained but work fine.  We never got around to replacing them but would be a big improvement when done.  The engine is a 3-year-old 24-volt electric outboard that moves her in and out of harbor with no issues, even on very windy days.  Comes with (2) 12-volt deep cycle batteries that last all day, even when pulling the little ones around on the tube for a few hours on no wind days.  Boat comes with pop-up over cabin area that adds standing room.  Also comes with Bimini top that can only be used when not running the main sail (works great with just spinnaker out).<br>\n<br>\nCabin has front berth, rowed seating and storage in the rear.  Work surface and a sink that drains out the side (great for making drinks and lunch).  We removed the faucet since it was never used and was a hassle to fill the water bladder.  We just bring a few gallons of water to use with the sink.  Everything pictured is included, fun noodles, life vests, all sheets (ropes) anchor and safety equipment that is likely out of date.<br>\n<br>\nThis boat takes about 30 minutes to set up or take down.  She has a swing keel that we have rarely used because it's hard to retrieve and doesn't always like to retract.  She sails just fine without using it, IMO.  She has a great water ballast system that makers her very stable while sailing, although she can be thrilling to sail under high winds!  She is light to trailer (I think under 3,000 pounds) and you just open the plug when she is in the water to fill her ballast tank for stability in the water, then drain her when you pull her out before driving home. <br>\n<br>\nThe main sail can be reefed on high wind days, and the spinnaker is great for added speed on light wind days.  Swim ladder is also a great feature when getting back in the boat after a dip to cool down.<br>\n<br>\nWe have loved learning to sail on this boat and think she is fairly priced BUT SHE IS NOT NEW AND NOT IN PERFECT CONDITION.  We have sailed her about 50 or 60 times without a single issue.  We have grown to love sailing, and our next sailboat will be much bigger, and we will be sailing in the Sea.  We have only taken this boat to Topaz, Stampede Reservoir and Lahontan.<br>\n<br>\nWe will consider offers, but only after you come see her.
