There is no hour meter, pretty sure senior gentleman either didnt use it much or just took very good care of it.  Since we purchased the boat, I have replaced many thing, bottom bunks and added slicks, added side bunks, replaced winch strap, bow roller, added bow protector, replaced the tie downs, updated the depth finder, updated the stereo with a Bluetooth unit &amp; water resistant speakers,  added usb ports, replaced the steering wheel, added a coolant flush port for winterizing. Ski locker hatch cover has been replaced, added seat covers for the fronts to protect them, there is no damage under, for the most part, the interior is in superb condition, comes with an extra seat bottom section. I  replaced one of the dash gauges, replaced the horn, last year replaced the trailer tires and wheels. Trailer is galvanized with LED lights, has a spare, boat cover is tow rated, boat has an auxiliary motor mount and  has a fuel line plumbed to the main tank. Boat comes with full camper canvas which I rarely ever see and is in excellent condition. Starter motor was replaced right before I purchased the boat and I have the original, Boat comes with manuals, impeller kit, drive belt Boat was winterized every year since I owned it, I am not a rookie boat owner, this is my 4th. Now for the things the boat needs, there are 2 compromised areas on the floor decking that need to be addressed at some point, they are circled in red, their are no issues with the stringers, my fat butt knee pushed through the deck material while I was doing engine maintenance, carpet is fully intact. I have a huge roll of material, what you see used on the hatch cover that goes with the boat. There is  some gelcoat damage on 2 of the chines that should be addressed, boat does not leak any water in from these areas or any area for that matter. I have video of the boat running available. I am sure I am probably missing some things, to much to list. This sale will be a cash only transaction, obviously since the boat needs a few things I am flexible on the price.
