Here are some of the details...<br>\n<br>\nIndigo is a coast guard documented vessel. She is the roomier MkII version. Complete with sugar scoop walk through transom for easy on and off to say nothing of swimming. She is the wing keel standard mast version.<br>\nShe is no dock queen and has been sailed weekly for past 5 years. So she has been well maintained and is ready to step on today and go anywhere. Drop the lines and go is how I have maintained her because we love to sail. <br>\nShe has a very good and up to date maintenance lk. <br>\nNewer 6v golf cart batteries. Four batteries for 230ah.<br>\nOnboard 40amp charger AND 500watts of solar. Complete with Victron bluetooth controller.<br>\nHeavy Duty davits (did I mention push button motorized davits?)  with built in engine hoist as well<br>\nHard sided Livingston 9' catamaran style dinghy... I got really tired of patching inflatables. It comes with a Merc 9.9 (I know I wish it was a Honda too) 2 stroke and oars <br>\nSails are older but very serviceable. Jib with new sacrificial cover is a high clew cut for excellent visibility forward.<br>\nlazy jacks and mainsail pack professionally installed... just drop the sail and zip it closed... <br>\nNew professionally made dodger with polycarb windows... zip out center window<br>\nalso new 3 bow professionally made bimini completely covers cockpit for summer sailing<br>\n100 gallons fresh water with all hoses, pump, and accumulation tank replaced a year ago.<br>\nNew 10.5k btu Webasto Air Conditioner. Along with newer Honda 2000 generator you can have air conditioning at anchor<br>\nNew superflush manual head that my wife loves.  Flush with sea or fresh water. 15 gallon black tank, newer Y-valve and new macerator.<br>\nOriginal propane stove and oven works perfect including on/off solenoid.<br>\nNEWPORT DIESEL HEATER with separate day tank works great for year around sailing.<br>\nRaymarine radar older but works great.<br>\nRaymarine autopilot also older but works fine. I often single hand which makes the A/P a critical piece.<br>\nVHF Standard Horizon station and WM handheld. Speaker system can also feed radio audio into cockpit.<br>\nUniversal M35B engine has not missed a beat in 5 years. Approximately 2200 hours on the meter. She is regularly maintained and ready to go. All records will be provided. She is plenty of power for Indigo even in tidal Charleston.<br>\nRefrigerator is probably original but works great.<br>\nDouble galley sink has new faucet and separate faucet for filtered water.<br>\nGround tackle in good condition... 110' chain 200' rode. Powered windlass has been removed but still in storage. In place is a Seatiger 555 manual windlass that handles chain or rode. Not sure why original owner made this change but it works fine for me and I anchor about 60 nights a year.<br>\nBottom paint in good condition. Put 3 coats on in November 2021. Diver maintains regularly.<br>\n<br>\nI am retired and so available for questions or meet-up at your convenience. I think my price is in line with market conditions but am open to discussing.
