Boat is in good condition, everything works as it should.  I am the third owner, first owner had the boat for 15 years, second owner had it for 15 years, I have owned it three years.  Best boat I ever had but is too much boat for me.  The boat has always been well maintained, runs fine, has all the accessories, life jackets, fenders, lines, anchors, spare props, tools, Garmin GPS/depth, new digital gauges, 2 biminis cover entire aft deck. 24' Magictilt trailer. All life jackets and seat cushions, lines, fenders, flares, shown in cabin pic are excellent to new condition, boat is full of fuel, (90 gal.) has extra gallon of 2 cycle oil.  Included 2 deck chairs purchased 2 years ago still look like new. Boat has a porta potty style head with factory macerator pump for pump out overboard when outside the 12 mile limit or can be pumped out by a marina. The boat was not run last year and has recently been thru two hurricanes on the trailer.  No real damage except blowing of and destroying the cover and blowing leaves and other fine debris and rain water in the boat.  I pumped out the bilges and am going to have the boat cleaned/detailed.  I have the ising glass and canvas enclosure for the boat.  This is my 4th boat, not the largest that I have had but I am 75 and no longer an able bodied seaman.
