The slip is paid through May 1, 2025<br>\n<br>\nA well-maintained twin-engine Cruiser. Port Engine has 813 hours/ Starboard engine has 25 hours.  In July 2022, a new starboard engine was installed with all new accessory components (Starter, Carburetor, Alternator, etc). Also, in July 2022, a new bimini was installed and new bottom paint was applied.<br>\n On a scale of 1-10, this boat is at a solid 8.<br>\n<br>\nThe Boat is a 33-foot (38-foot overall) 2-bedroom/1-bath (queen &amp; modified king) with a full kitchen that comfortably sleeps 4 people, but it may be tight. The boat runs great. I have lived on it for two years, but moving up to a larger boat.  The convenience of having restaurants, pubs, and laundry facilities all within walking distance adds to the comfort and ease of this unique living experience.<br>\n<br>\nIt is only minutes to Logan Airport and a short walk to the Blue Line, with trains going into downtown Boston. Winthrop is a nice little coastal town with plenty to do.<br>\n<br>\nThis spot offers amazing views of Boston and Logan Airport. If you’re an Airplane lover, it's the spot for you.
