She's a fine boat that we have cruised with and is well equipped and ready to go cruising with new owners. Details below. Asking .<br>\n<br>\nLumos is a 1988 Bayfield 36.  She has been lovingly cared for through her many years of travel up and down the east coast, which included many upgrades along the way.  We purchased her in 2020 and have sailed her from the Chesapeake to the Bahamas and Keys every winter and back up until this past winter.  Our family has grown and our needs have changed, sadly it’s time to sell her. We have performed all routine maintenance and have had zero problems.  Starts right up every time, not a drop of oil under it.<br>\n-\tCleaned and rebuilt racor filter 2022<br>\n-\tNew fuel lines 2022<br>\n-\tRebuilt heat exchanger (preventative/explorative, engine never overheated) 2022<br>\n-\tHas 100 Amp Alternator with Balmar Voltage Regulator<br>\n<br>\nSails &amp; Rigging &amp; Canvas:<br>\n-\tMainsail – Dacron Fully Battened and in great shape (2017 but has many years left)<br>\n-\tJib/Yankee – Dacron Furling Yankee, with high aspect ratio for flying both Yankee and Staysail.
