It has a bunch of Styrofoam bricks in the hull.<br>\nIt has a drop down keel on a hand crank cable.<br>\nThis is a great little weekender. We bought it to learn to sail and are now buying our bigger ocean boat!<br>\nWe bought this little sailboat from the daughter of a long time owner, not sure if he was the original owner. He used it up in Lake Tahoe. <br>\nIt was well maintained. Amazingly it has all the original upholstery without any tears in it! Original owners manual.<br>\nI took out the little stove shelf and sink top and put a cutting board in since the sink wasn't very practical. It was a hand pump and you had to pour water into a little well that you couldn't clean out…yuk. We still have the original alcohol stove and it works amazingly well! <br>\nIt has two anchors and three sails. A main, a jib and a genoa. <br>\nThe V-berth was only 6 ft long and quite cramped for the two of us so Jay added a 16-in wide bench that extended the bed and made it much more comfortable. <br>\nThere is a little cassette toilet in the back for emergencies. It can sleep up to five people if they are small. The dinette can turn into a bed although not very comfortable for an adult. There's a one person berth next to the companionway.<br>\nThere's a Garmin GPS and depth finder and VHF radio. One Marine battery, about a year old.<br>\nThere is a little boat BBQ that runs on a camp stove propane canister.<br>\nThis is a really great two person boat.
