We have lived aboard for the last 1 ½ years (continued live aboard status could be arranged through marina). This would be a great (cheap) floating home for one to two people. There is a fore and aft cabin (both with doors - not just a sleeping area open or curtained off from the rest of the boat). She has a small galley with a nice deep sink for dishes. The common head has a separate stand up shower (not common for this size). The aft cabin head is just a toilet and sink. The salon is high in the boat (but with great headroom), so it has a wonderful (almost 360) view out of the large windows. She has been run recently and taken out on the lake. You are welcome to run the engines and take her on a lake trial, but you would need to do the starting and captaining. I personally have never driven her, just lived aboard. I will include all details that I know below, including fixed prices for moorage, pumpout, etc.<br>\nMoorage (with liveabooard) -  ()<br>\nPump Out -  weekly for both tanks<br>\nElectricity - - every FOUR months (so less than  a month)<br>\nBoat Insurance - about  a month (obviously this will be different for everyone)<br>\nI do have a hard line running to a modem in the boat, so we have really strong, reliable internet.<br>\n<br>\nShe had extensive work done before we purchased her:<br>\n- new waterproof vinyl floors - except living room<br>\n- carburetor rebuilds<br>\n- new bilge pumps<br>\n- 2 new Jabsco heads<br>\n- new upholstery on all cushions<br>\nWe have installed:<br>\n- new black water plumbing<br>\n- new water pump<br>\n- 2 new house batteries<br>\n- changed out most lights to LED<br>\nAs with most 1984 boats that haven’t been completely remodeled, she could use a few upgrades:<br>\n- salon flooring<br>\n- fridge (functions)<br>\n- microwave (functions)<br>\n-
