Come and get it now before I put more work into it, as the price will go up. <br>\n<br>\nThis is the tall rig, shoal keel that everyone wants, still a shallow draft but performs better than a wing keel.<br>\n<br>\n.I scrubbed it inside and out and it is solid.  The deck and cockpit have no soft spots and no leaks in all the penetrations.  One window seeps a little bit.  That surprised me, I anticipated more leaks. <br>\n.The bottom paint is good for another season or two and I just did the keel to hull seal and reglassed the gaps, so that is good for years to come.  It was not bad at all, I expected more separation, it was just one area that had seeped and the glass had lifted off the lead.  <br>\n.The compression post in the bilge has already been changed to an adjustable post.<br>\n.The mast step will work as it is, but that is my next project, it should be reglassed and a conduit sealed in for the wiring. <br>\n.The standing rigging is all good and the running rigging is in good shape too, (some are dirty and need washed). <br>\n.Main is pretty new and crisp, full battons and a cover for when it is down. <br>\n.It has two genoas for the roller furler; a (US) +1 (954) 487-7722 is pretty new but has some stitching that is loose and should have a cover stitched on for when it is rolled up, the 155 has some loose stitching and should be touched up, the 155 has a cover, but again the cover also has some loose stitching.  Both can be run as they are but should have some stitching done.  <br>\n.There is a solid boom vang for holding up the boom and a better than original traveler track has been put on.<br>\n.the woodwork inside and out could use some elbow grease and stain but is in surprisingly good condition.<br>\n.The upholstery could use redone in the next few years but is clean and still looks pretty good for now. <br>\n.I am told the diesel runs great, but I have yet to start it since it is out of the water, I don't want to trash the impeller, in case it does not need a new impeller, but it probably does anyway.  It was in the water earlier this year though, so maybe not on needing a new impeller. <br>\n.Also next on the list is to get to the diesel, these are easy to rebuild so I am not too worried about this one. <br>\n.Have the original owners manuals. <br>\n.The pump toilet was taken out and changed to a porti potti.  I will probably change that to something different. <br>\n.A nice diesel cabin heater.    <br>\n<br>\nI was thinking about putting it in Ouachita and selling it there, or trailering it down to florida to head to the islands this winter.  I thought I would post it now and see if you want it somewhere else before I finish it.  I am from out of town so it is hit or miss when I can work on it and I am obviously still up in the air about what I am going to do with it.  <br>\n<br>\nCome take it from me!  It is old and well used but still solid, you will love it!<br>\n<br>\nThey will let you work on it where I have it stored right now.  It is in and RV lot with power right on the pole by the stern. I moved it there with a crane and a regular flatbed on the cradle I built. I am not sure how far I would travel with that setup, but we can talk about that.
