Launched with sanding bottom paint.  New poly  tank 12 gallon from Moeller with external sending unit.  Recently hauled to effect a repair on the prop strut.  Hull barnacle free 11/11/24. Replaced cutlass bearing and choke cable Nov '24.<br>\n<br>\nSee video links below.<br>\n1980 Hunter Sailboat repowered probably 20 years ago with a great running Yanmar 2GM20. Rebuilt transmission.<br>\nWheel steering. Shore power. Raymarine Autohelm. Aluminum Lewmar Portlights. Bomar forward hatch. Anchor locker with raw water washdown.  20' chain new 2023 and danforth. Harken ST winches serviced last 2022.  Harken RF new control line last 2022.  New lifelines by Chesapeake Rigging 1x19 last 2022. Very nice.<br>\n<br>\nOver the past 7 years the boat has seen many items replaced.  Running gear (including the prop shaft, stuffing box, cutlass bearing, tranny replaced and a reconditioned prop) updated.  The engine runs great and the tank is clean with new poly tank with it's first full tank and a big Racor. New exhaust elbow and stainless riser.  Engine head zinc replaced. <br>\n<br>\nNew electrical panel for both the 110V (galley and head) and 12V.  NewMar 2 bank charger / 12v supply.  Battery monitors Amp and Voltage, 3-way Rule Bilge Pump with working float switch, 1000W Inverter (never used or installed) included, Caframo fan in the main and vberth cabins.  Lots of new wiring.  All LED -you would not believe the energy savings.  With every light in the boat on it equals what one incandescent bulb draws!  Running and steaming lights. (Masthead needs bulb replacement as well as Windex arrow replaced :)  Depth sounder stopped working believed to be a thruhull issue and someone at the yard painting it.  Yard messed up the Windex too such is life.<br>\n<br>\n40 Gallon flexible water tank inside a former 30 gallon water tank &lt;- the original is pitted, forward. Dometic porta-potty.  Interior cusions in good condition.  It used to be plumbed to a standard marine head and holding tank.<br>\n<br>\nThere are some quirks that you may want fixed.  I'm not concerned with going out on a vessel as much as I am into ensuring I return.   As a solo-sailor this is a no-compromise topic.  The money I have put in it all went to seaworthiness and it's ready for a new owner to continue the upgrades. <br>\n<br>\nRaymarine C120 mounted inside. XM satellite module with weather overlay (needs subscription).  Raymarine Autohelm (belt replaced with a poly belt.)<br>\n<br>\nI will use it until it sells.  The price is firm as you get what you see.  I got a bank loan to purchase her and own it now with title in hand. <br>\n<br>\nThis boat is seaworthy.  I have spent weeks aboard on the bay.  The latest upgrade was new 1 x 19 life lines from Chesapeake Rigging to replace the coated meat-hook lifelines.  The top and bottom lifeline gates on both sides are very big.  My next upgrade would be to add an air-cooled refrigeration unit to convert the rather large ice box.  Ice is what keeps me having to go ashore more than anything.  US Coast Guard safety package provided.  Flares, 2 fire extinguishers, 4 type 2 life jackets, horn, throwable, etc.<br>\n<br>\nThis is the Tall Mast / Deep Keel version.
