We have owned this boat for a little over 6 years and have done quite a bit of work on her while sailing thousands of miles and making countless memories. She is fast, stable, seaworthy, spacious, and comfortable. Her side decks are wide and safe. Her cockpit is exceptional and can seat 6 comfortably. There are high backrests and a feeling of security in the cockpit. The opening transom which becomes a boarding ladder is wonderful for swimming or kayaking. We are regrettably selling her only due to our  future inability to use her as she should be used while caring for a special needs child. While we have done a great deal of work, there is still work to be completed for her to realize her true value which is reflected in the  but most of the heavy lifting has been done project wise and we have enjoyed her as she is. All remaining projects are manageable for a handy person. <br>\n<br>\nThe interior has been modified to include and additional Stainless steel drawer refrigerator and freezer on the starboard side while maintaining a 2 person setee with storage underneath and behind.  This is in addition to the large top opening refrigerator and freezer. This allows extended time at anchor. <br>\n<br>\nGood stuff:<br>\n<br>\n-Perkins 4-108 runs great.<br>\n-New Lofrans Kobra windlass installed in 2021<br>\n-250 feet of 3/8 chain<br>\n-Mainsail is 6/10 old but no rips<br>\n-Roller furling headsail is 8/10<br>\n-400w solar array<br>\n-300 ah lithium ion batteries for house bank NEW in 2024<br>\n-Victron solar controller, dc-dc battery charger, and smart shunt<br>\n-NEW Vitrifrigio drawer fridge/freezer installed 2020<br>\n-NEWFOUND METALS stainless steel portlights (6) installed 2022<br>\n-NEW stainless steel grabrails installed 2023<br>\n-NEW 8ft. Westmarine RIB 2024<br>\n-8HP NISSAN 2 stroke dinghy motor runs excellent and planes with up to 300lbs in board<br>\n-FORCE 10 stainless 3 burner range new in 2018<br>\n-NEW refrigeration unit for original fridge/freezer installed 2018<br>\n-NEW cushions for main salon 2024<br>\n-NATURES HEAD composting toilet has work extremely well for us even during long trips.<br>\n-like new 3 blade prop included in sale. Currently has 2 blade prop which I prefer for sailing.<br>\n-Wheel pilot works.<br>\n-Water heater works both engine and AC driven<br>\n-Pressure water works<br>\n-Stuffing box repacked with modern packing 2024<br>\n-Caprail does not leak<br>\n-Backstay radar mount which is cool. Radar does not work<br>\n-Bulkhead diesel heater works great and has blower (new in 2024) to spread heat to stateroom<br>\n-All cabin sides forward of the salon have been insulated with closed cell foam and covered with mahogany. They are beautiful and warm.<br>\n<br>\nBad stuff:<br>\n-The headliner needs to be replaced<br>\n-Some salon windows should be replaced.<br>\n-The caprail needs brightwork and some fasteners are showing<br>\n-The main salon cabin sides need attention in the inside. Exterior is fine<br>\n-The interior in general needs to be finished.<br>\n-Some minor gelcoat repairs should be done and/or exterior painted to the new owners liking<br>\n-Dodger needs to be replaced soon.<br>\n-Some cabinetry has been removed from the head and nav station they are included in the sale and can be rebuilt.<br>\n<br>\nThis is a phenomenal sail boat for a cruising couple, a single handed sailor, or a young family. Bob Perry did a great job with the design.  <br>\n<br>\nThere is an active owners group online who are extremely helpful and supportive.<br>\n<br>\nMoorage is transferrable with marina approval.<br>\n<br>\n<br>\n<br>\nBest
