Slip is transferable at the discretion of the marina, otherwise she'll have to be moved. She is in fair to good condition and mechanical systems work as expected with exception of propane tank for stove needs mounting under port side seat in the fly bridge. Marine air works as it should as does the head with it's own supply tank to keep the intake line from getting crusted up with sea worms. Hydraulic steering up and down and autopilot. Bottom cleaned every month. 3 years ago, bottom was stripped to the glass mat and epoxied at Salt Creek and another bottom job done about 18 months ago. The Ford Lehman 120 runs fine but has 6050 hrs on the meter. Has a Northern Lights genset. Does have some issues that make the covered slip attractive and got a few scratches and scrapes on the port forward side of bow from contending with a couple of hurricanes . Teak decks both up and gunnels leak and should be tended to. Hull is in fine shape other than what I mentions but could use some topside painting. Both sides and aft cabin windows replaced with plexiglass. A lot of work done and well cared for but needs a new adventurer to carry on.
