This boat has had roughly k of work performed over the last 4 years. I initially rescued Silent Partner from Greenbackville Virginia. After an engine rebuild, old gas tank removed and added a custom platform for 5 house batteries wired to a 6000 watt inverter which can be switched via breaker panel. Removed, painted and rebedded port holes, teak restoration, new running rigging,  some new blocks and tackle we sailed it in the North Atlantic to Coan River Marina for haul out/complete sanding, sprayed barrier coat, bottom paints, topside paint, prop shaft and hull anodes, new decals, new pex plumbing, new hot water tank, completely removed head seacock for toilet (we use camper potty) new garmin vhf with ais, butcher block counter in galley, diesel heater and duct work.<br>\n<br>\nBoat is currently in the water at a slip in lottsburg, last trip we took was to North Carolina via chesapeake and icw. On the return trip the starter caught on fire due to a problem with alternator wiring. I have the alternator and starter removed currently and the boat is still winterized. The jib has a piece of plexi glass viewport that was shattered from sailing in a snow storm. This has not seemed to effect performance but I would get it fixed.  I removed the swing keel and sealed the fitting for the keel rigging. I would recommend deleting and adding ballast next haul out. Will need seacocks replaced as well.<br>\n<br>\nWe have a small generator on board all required safety equipment and more, diesel and petrol containers, dock supplies, grill on the back. I live in Ohio and have not had time to use the boat like I use to. My fiance was traumatically injured 2 years ago and is finally recovering now. We really don't want to see it go but unfortunately bills need paid. I have keys and some locals to show you the boat if interested in a viewing. There are many other things on the boat as well as work that has been performed. I have hundreds of pictures from traveling and repairing the boat so if you want to see something just ask. This boat is a US documented vessel. k
