These boats have a great reputation and are often used on the open ocean for long journeys.  The shrouds and other hardware are thicker and stronger than many other boats of the same size. <br>\n<br>\nNewer interior cushions in great shape. <br>\n<br>\nAll photos  were taken in the past four months. Boat was on land for past few years with intent for preparing for long voyages.  Owner is in Hawaii and no longer has time or interest in the boat. I’m helping her get it sold. <br>\n<br>\nStanding rigging, cushions, curtains, hull and topside in great shape.  New bottom paint and zinc - boat was put back in the water 3/29/2024.  No leaks. Has manual and electric bilge pumps in great condition. Pearson offered this model with the option for an inboard or outboard motor.  Currently has a 6 hp Evinrude in good condition (8-10 would be better for strong winds/currents).  <br>\n<br>\nHas functional shore power with two interior AC outlets and electric heater. DC power still needs connection to dual batteries after removal of inboard engine- but appears to be in good condition.  <br>\n<br>\nTeak brightwork currently being sanded and oiled.  Price will continue to rise as additional improvements are made.  <br>\n<br>\nBoat comes with a VHF radio, fire extinguisher, basic safety equipment, basic tools and other extras. <br>\n<br>\nDeck and hull in great shape for a boat its’ <br>\n<br>\nOutboard in great shape, freshly tuned with new plug, impeller and lower unit oil. Starts very easily on 1st or second pull- but if you have your own (ideally an 8 - 10 hp outboard with electric start (extra long shaft)), you could use that instead for a  discount.  <br>\n<br>\nVessel is currently moored near Langley Marina.
