I have been living aboard for that time. The boat                   <br>\nhas everything needed for living aboard and is perfectly capable of                      <br>\nsailing around the world.                                                <br>\n                                                                                         <br>\n* Enclosed cockpit for comfort and protection.                            <br>\n* All sails furling with lines led back to cockpit for easy solo sailing.           <br>\n* Hydraulic steering with Raymarine autopilot.             <br>\n                                                                                         <br>\nThe center cockpit contains a molded U-shaped bench seat with a                          <br>\nbucket helm seat on the port side to provide comfort while                               <br>\nsteering. The floor of the cockpit can be removed to provide full                        <br>\naccess to the engine directly below. The cockpit is enclosed by a                        <br>\nhard top aluminum frame pilot house with fabric side                                     <br>\nscreens. Canvases are included for wet weather or for bug screen in                      <br>\ndry weather.                                                                             <br>\n                                                                                         <br>\nThe engine is a 55HP Yanmar 4JH2E. It runs perfectly.                                    <br>\n                                                                                         <br>\nThe boat is set up for solo sailing with most lines led back to the                      <br>\ncockpit. Four Lewmar self tailing winches are mounted in the                             <br>\ncockpit. The head sail and stay sail are on Harken single line drum                      <br>\nfurlers. The main and mizen sails are also on Harken furlers mounted                     <br>\non custom designed brackets attached to the mast. This greatly                           <br>\nsimplifies single handed sailing and reefing. The previous owner                         <br>\nsailed up and down the east coast and as far as the Dominican Republic                   <br>\nin the Caribbean and claimed good offshore performance for this rig.                     <br>\n                                                                                         <br>\nFour 100W solar panels are mounted on the pilothouse roof connected                      <br>\nvia an MPPT controller to four deep cycle lead acid batteries for a                     <br>\ntotal of 467AH capacity. A Jupiter 1000W inverter provides AC power to                   <br>\nreceptacles in the cabin.                                                                <br>\n                                                                                         <br>\nThe vessel is set up for travel with lots of spares and tools on board.                  <br>\nIt is in the water at St Augustine ready for
