\nTHE GEM OF THIS BOAT is a nearly new 4 cylinder 50hp diesel with less than 100 hours on it. Look at the pictures this is a basically a brand new engine. (more pics of engine are available) Engine has been maintained with oil changes, filter cleanings and tune ups and has a new starter battery in summer of 2023 and a 50 gal fuel tank. The engine room under the cockpit is very large and you can easily get to the engine to provide maintenance. It is not in a tiny little cubby under the gangway or under a hatch. If do not know how to sail with this stout reliable inboard diesel you are getting a well powered motor sailor that will get you where you want to go.

\nShe has fresh top paint. Needs some work (as almost all boats do) on the interior. I planned on sailing her to Hawaii (where I live now) and the foam headliner was removed as a foamy headline is absolutely terrible in the warm tropical climate in Hawaii. I did not replace it yet. So for you the demo has been done and you can now finish it however you wish.

\nShe is in Mission Bay and the slip is non-transferable. You need to speak with the marina office about this. If approved you can take possession of the slip as I am giving it up at the time of sale. Current slip fee is .
