( price includes electric and water ) marina has on site bathroom and showers, bar and spa, kayak rental/store<br>\n<br>\nMarina survey has been done and passed.<br>\n<br>\n- Build solid out of fiber glass<br>\n- anchor<br>\n- has outboard motor<br>\n- new automatic bilge pump<br>\n- Has roughly queen size bed ( triangle shape )<br>\n- has plumbing ( toilet ( not installed buy plumbed for it ) &amp; sink ) never used<br>\n-great for a beginner sailer to master sailer<br>\n- attached ladder<br>\n- 2 inflatable kayaks with pump and paddles<br>\n- 4 life jackets<br>\n- battery interior and led lights<br>\n- mini ( 6 can fridge ) <br>\n- coffee maker<br>\n- paper towel holder<br>\n- battery and battery charger<br>\n- plug adapter for battery to use while sailing<br>\n- 24 inch tv <br>\n- bedding included ( different from picture shown)<br>\n- blue seat cushions ( 3 ) for deck area or seating area ( red ones shown not included )<br>\n- cup holders inside and plenty of pocket storage units<br>\n- plenty of storage around the boat<br>\n- set of sails<br>\n- floaties if wanted<br>\n- extension cord for dock power and power strip with usb and c-usb ports.<br>\n- solar outside hanging lights and front color light<br>\n<br>\nThe wood needs freshened up in some areas on extrerior<br>\n<br>\nElectrical needs to be wired as wasn’t needed while i had it.
