I bought this boat when I was single and had more time for projects. I am now married and need to let some go.<br>\n<br>\nThe good:<br>\nIt's an Islander 36. I love the lines on this boat. It's very pretty and would be an awesome river and coastal cruiser.<br>\n<br>\nThe bad:<br>\nThe boat was abandoned for many years when the previous owner's health made it impossible to keep it maintained.<br>\n<br>\nThe ugly:<br>\nThe engine is in unknown condition.<br>\nTwo bulkheads need to be replaced.<br>\nThere is a fair amount of leaking around the deck hardware and windows. <br>\n<br>\nI don't believe it would be terribly hard to get it sailing again. I have already removed most of the rotten headliner and some of the molding around the bulkheads that need to be replaced. <br>\n<br>\nAny reasonable offer accepted. Really.
