Powered by a 2000 Evinrude 70hp outboard which runs great. Includes a full Mills mooring cover (practically brand new) and sits on  a 2013 EZ Loader which has good tires and is in excellent condition and has new tabs. Never seen bottom paint and the gel coat etc. are in great shape!
