We are considering selling to allow us more international travel. <br>\n<br>\nSea Trials available with 10% deposit (refundable) and favorable weather conditions (as in wind/rain). <br>\n<br>\nIf you would like a survey, it will be at your cost. Survey available from a few years back. We have all service and maintenance records. <br>\n<br>\nPhotos and video are recent within the past few months. <br>\n<br>\nShe is in great condition. Brite work is near perfect. Some wood rot at lower helm due to leaking when previous owner kept her in an uncovered slip.  Not major and easily repaired if desired. Currently moored undercover in fresh water.  Transferable slip with proof of insurance.<br>\n<br>\nHull is in great shape you might consider new paint in the coming season.  I am planning to do this in spring of 2025 if we keep her. <br>\n<br>\nDecking is solid with no issues. <br>\n<br>\nPowered by Marine Crusader 490 – in excellent condition and serviced regularly.  Updated from original small diesel engine. Newly installed new water pump, timing belt and hoses.  Newley installed manifolds and exhaust couplings.  All done professionally through Pacific Yach Maintenance.  They have done all work on her since we’ve owned her. <br>\n<br>\nWindlass is original and in perfect working condition and was recently serviced. 35lb Anchor holds her firm even in moderate to strong winds. <br>\n<br>\nHead has a new macerator and all plumbing is only a few years old…in great condition. Recently serviced by Pacific Yacht Maintenance. <br>\n<br>\nElectrical has been updated a few years ago. <br>\n<br>\nRaytheon Radar system and Garmin Nav system: both older but work wonderfully. <br>\n<br>\nUpper deck is comfortable, seating 8 people.  Full Galley and spacious salon. <br>\nFull upper deck enclosure. Bow cover, Aft Deck cover.  Dingy davits, swim step. <br>\n<br>\nThis vessel is a dream to own and cruise in.  We’ve done everything from multi-day trips in the Puget Sound to sunset cruises on Lake Union. Agua Caliente is a head turner everywhere she goes.  If joining a vintage vessel club is in your dreams, she is prefect for
