I had plans to do a full restoration but changed that plan when I found an original 1988 Montauk 17 in great shape. (for a lot more $$$)<br>\nPhotos show how high the boat sits with a Johnson 90 2S.  Hull has always been trailered and stored covered and is dry.<br>\nHull exterior was painted and looks decent, but for a high level restoration, it should be sanded and painted with an Awlgrip type paint or gelcoat.  Bottom paint needs to be redone for a restoration. <br>\nHIN is visible on the stern and in good shape for those that like to see the original HIN after restoration. <br>\nIncluded are:<br>\n1.\tOriginal front and rear stainless rails and hardware.<br>\n2.\tSpecialty Marine RPS seat that was new when I bought the boat a few years back<br>\n3.\tWhaler fiberglass console with teak side door, windshield, stainless rail, front cushion, helm and stainless wheel<br>\n4.\t1988 Shorelander Trailer (with Title) came with my 1988 Montauk 17 and fits this hull perfectly and is in great shape<br>\n5.\tSpecialty Marine custom cover.<br>\n6.\tTotal Boat whaler blue urethane paint for interior of hull<br>\n7.\tMD Title for boat<br>\nStern storage and casting platform is great for both applications but can be easily removed with only a few screw holes to patch before restoration.<br>\nOutboard shown in the pics is NOT included.<br>\n
